Thanks for visiting. I have provided compilations, financial reporting, contract negotiation, automation of invoicing and select operational data, financial analysis and consulting for Institute for Advanced Medical Research on a contract basis.

I have lead and managed financial strategies, reporting, budgeting, financial operations, bank relationship, tax reporting and annual audit for an $18 Million Receivables Management Company in the Seattle Area. I recruited a technically superior accounting team and cleaned up a mess while re-engineering procedures, processes, policy and establishing internal controls.   

Some of my other outstanding accomplishments have been helping C3 International, LLC manage six subsidiaries from proof –of-concept to commercialization.  Valuation of stock options using Black Scholes Model and valuation of subsidiaries are some of the highlights. 

Prior, I lead Axiant, LLC to manage, control, report and grow one of the largest debt collecting law firms in the nation through large volume automated processing and reconciliation systems. I helped a KEF Media Associates, Inc. a small Atlanta media company grow revenues through the development and implementation of a strategic business development plan by identifying tier one, two and three customers and exploiting those who can help us grow the fastest through cross-pollenization of company successes. Improving net income by 15% from last-year through developing internal operations that were being contracted, re-engineering project allocation of resources, implemented line-item proposals and creating costing and project profitability reports to department heads.

Another accomplishment was the automation of the Medicare Revenue Stream Reconciliation of 1,800 members and National Association of Insurance Companies Regulatory Filings for Providers Direct Health Plan of Georgia, Inc.  Other accomplishments include: the successful accounting implementation of three acquisitions to Food Service Holdings, Inc. and three acquisitions to the technology’s division of Blue Cross and Blue Shield, designing new quarterly consolidated reporting for Wenczel Tile Corporation, working with three outside investors starting up a three million dollar manufacturing company for Woodwerks Acquisition Corporation, implementing a chapter 11 for Key Technologies Inc., analyzing and implementing a control system for reducing cost for Hanover House Inc., and implementing a customized inventory tracking system for Mack Trucks Inc.
